How It Works.
Have a picture you want turned into a graded sports card? We've got you covered! Simply select from one of our 9 designs, add your name and picture, and you're set! If you want to spice things up, feel free to add one of our three special finishes, holographic, cracked ice, or sparkle, and your personalized stats on the back.
All cards can be horizontal as well! If you want your design horizontal, please specify this in order notes. Horizontally oriented pictures will automatically be formatted as horizontal cards.
You do not have to cutout the pictures! We do all of the photo editing, just provide the original picture.
Turnaround Time Overview:
1. Customer places their order
2. Pictures of designs are sent to phone number within 48 hours of purchase
3. Cards are fully created and shipped within 48 hours of design approval.
What kind of photos can I upload?
You can upload high resolution images from your phone, camera, or social media in JPG or PNG format. If a photo will not print clearly we will let you know.
Will I see a preview of my frame before ordering?
Yes. Our live preview tool shows exactly what your frame will look like photo matting text and all before you place your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most custom frames are handcrafted and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive tracking as soon as it leaves our shop.
What if I make a mistake on my text or upload the wrong photo?
Mistakes happen. Email info@framefly.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to fix it before production begins.
Can I frame something other than a photo like a jersey or memorabilia?
Absolutely. We also create custom framed memorabilia. Reach out for a personalized quote.
What materials do you use in your frames?
We use premium frames double matting with a beveled edge and expertly crafted glass so your memories are protected for the long haul.
What if I want my order expedited?
You can pay for expedited shipping and we will move your order to the front of production.
Do you offer bulk or team discounts?
Yes. For teams events or large orders we offer volume pricing. Contact us directly to learn more.
What is your return or satisfaction policy?
If you are not one hundred percent happy we will make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix or refund your order.
Do I need to hang it myself?
Your FrameFly arrives ready to hang hardware installed. Just unbox pick a spot and enjoy.
